Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Dloxarinxaria.world, we stand behind the quality of Cavira and our other products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds, including both our voluntary 30-day satisfaction option and your statutory rights under Norwegian and European consumer law.

30-Day Satisfaction Option

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction option. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or refund.

  • This option applies to purchases made directly through our website.
  • The 30-day period runs from the date you receive the product (as confirmed by delivery tracking where available).
  • You must contact us before initiating a return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging, unused or minimally used, to qualify. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase goods at a distance (e.g. online). This means you can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

  • Exercise of the right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by email (admin@dloxarinxaria.world) or by post. We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal.
  • Returning the goods: You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible.
  • Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs you chose for a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard option), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
  • Return shipping: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. You have rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act and EU consumer law. We will:

  • Arrange for the return of the defective product at our expense.
  • Offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, as appropriate and in accordance with your rights.
  • Process your claim as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days of receiving your notification.

Please include photos of the damage or defect when you contact us, and keep the original packaging if possible.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email).
  • Your name and email address.
  • The reason for your return or refund request.
  • Photos of the product (if claiming defect or damage).

We will respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and for the amount to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not be able to offer a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been used beyond a minimal amount necessary to assess their nature and functioning (for statutory withdrawal).
  • Products that have been opened or used, where this affects their resale value, and where the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
  • Custom or personalized products, unless defective.
  • Requests received after the applicable time limits (14 days for statutory withdrawal; 30 days for our satisfaction option, unless we agree otherwise).

European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the laws of your member state. This policy does not affect those statutory rights. For more information, you may contact your local consumer protection authority.
